A 20-Minute Practice to Uplift Your Energy

Your breath is a powerful portal to enhance, uplift and balance your vital energy. It is also a direct gateway to balancing and calming the mind, including anxiety, depression, stagnation, agitation or insomnia.

This week, I am sharing a simple 20-minute Breathontology practice called Belly Breathing to support relaxation, rejuvenation and mental calm.

It includes a few gentle warm-ups and a relaxing breath done in savasana (lying on your back). You may wish to cover yourself with a blanket and have pillows available to be fully comfortable.
