You may be surprised to learn that one of the fastest, safest and most evolutionary tools that you have to support total health and well-being is actually already inside you --- your breath.

BREATHONTOLOGY COACHING is a unique modality for healing which uses the art and science of working with your breath to support natural healing, balance and well-being.

Breathontology is based in 5,000 year old yogic science which has been updated for the needs of our modern times. It uses a combination of gentle movement, breathwork, relaxation, touch and dialogue to empower deep states of relaxation, self-connection, self-healing and lifelong learning.


1:1 Breathontology Coaching is an empowering tool:

  • to help you clear your mind and improve focus, clarity and self-confidence

  • to awaken vital energy and promote positive habits

  • to help release old emotions and heal from chronic stress, anxiety or insomnia

  • to boost your body's ability to heal itself and support healthier lifestyle choices
