Sweet Potato Fries Ayurvedic Recipe
Ingredients
1 large, organic sweet potato
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
¼ tsp. of turmeric powder
¼ tsp. of cumin powder
¼ tsp. of paprika powder
1 tsp. rosemary leaves
Celtic sea salt to taste
Black pepper, freshly grounded
1 tsp. of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 450F. Wash, peel and cut the sweet potato like fries or chips. Add the herbs, spices and oil and massage into the potatoes. Add some lemon juice and mix well.
Spread this on the baking sheet and grill for 15-20 minutes. (Subject to how thick or thin you cut the potatoes).
Once potatoes are done, bring them out and sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy!
