Meet Your Facilitator
Hi, my name is Briya!
I first encountered Ayurveda on a trip to India in my early 20s, and it honestly changed my life!
The teachigns of this ancient system of healing spoke to me on a very deep level, like answering questions I had been asking my entire life, and helping to awaken a deeper soul remembering.
It is also a very practical science which helped me heal my body from chronic stress and digestive issues, and honestly, create an entirely new life for myself.
Today, I teach courses in breathontology and self-healing to people of all walks of life.
