Hi, my name is Briya

I first learned about Ayurveda on a trip to India in my early 20s, and it changed my life!

This ancient system of healing answered questions I had been asking my entire life. 

On a practical level, Ayurveda is a very practical science which helped me heal my body from chronic stress and digestive issues, and honestly, create an entirely new life for myself.

 

Ayurveda also awakened a deep soul remembering that's at the foundation of my work with people from all walks of life.

Why Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is a system of natural healing and self-care.

What makes Ayurveda unique is that it's not a health trend, it's not something you need to buy, and it's not a restriction diet!

 

Ayurveda is based in timeless principles for healing that are logical, practical, intuitive, empowering and time-tested.

It is based in a profound understanding of the laws of the natural world, including the 5 elements, the cycles of the Sun and Moon and planets, the changes of the seasons and the rhythms of the universe.​​

It uses a combination of self-care, lifestyle practices, herbalism and natural nutrition to help you heal from illness and restore your natural state of balance and well-being.​

At its core, Ayurveda teaches you to become your own best healer by understanding your body, mind and emotions in a more intuitive and empowering way.
