How Can I Plan for this Cleanse?
Once you have booked your program, you will be provided
with a simple menu and recommendations
for home self-care, including a simple shopping list.
The foundation for this cleanse is a simple healing dish
called kichari, a Ayurvedic soup which has been used for thousands of years to heal the body and mind.
The diet during this cleanse is designed to be
delicious, healing, balancing and nourishing.
In general, it is not expected that you will be hungry during this cleanse or that you feel deprived. You will be eating 3 meals a day, or more if needed.
As much as possible, it is recommended that you minimize your exposure to work and unnecessary stress
during this 3-day program.
The more time you can set aside for yourself
for rest and relaxation, the better!

Your 3-Day Spring Cleanse Schedule
Day 0: Thursday, March 31 (evening orientation session)
Join us on Thursday evening for live, online forum where you will receive an orientation to this cleanse and have the opportunity meet other participants, ask questions, and prepare yourself for our weekend of deep rest and rejuvenation.
[ Class time: Thursday, March 31 from 7:00 - 8:15 pm ]
Day 1: Friday, April 1 (all day)
We will meet online from 6 - 7:30 am for a morning yoga class combining gentle movement (yoga), breathwork and meditation to aid detoxification and healing. This class is designed to be easy, gentle and relaxing; no prior experience is required.
The rest of the day is yours for relaxation, rest and self-care. If necessary, you can work on the first day of your cleanse. You will enjoy 3 simple meals, at-home self-care, and herbs and teas for balance and gentle detoxification.
[ Class time: Friday, April 1 from 6:00 am - 7:30 am ]
Day 2 & 3: Saturday, April 2 - Sunday, April 3 (all day)
We will meet online from 6 - 7:30 am for a morning yoga class combining gentle movement, breathwork and meditation to aid detoxification and healing. This class is designed to be gentle and relaxing; no prior experience is required.
The rest of the day is yours for relaxation, rest and self-care. During the day, you will enjoy 3 simple meals (or more), at-home self-care practices, herbs and teas for balance and gentle detoxification, and time for rest and relaxation in your own home.
[ Class time: Saturday and Sunday, April 2-3 from 6:00 am - 7:30 am ]
***To maximize the effects of this cleanse, it is suggested you limit work, screen time and unnecessary social activities as much as possible during Day 2 and 3 of your cleanse. More information will be provided with registration.
