Having a group of like minded people to share this experience with was certainly highlight for me. Our weekly “homework” consisted individual reflections on topics like the ego, pain bodies, dreams (to name a few) … followed by chats with a partner where we would share our experiences and learn from each other. The depth and richness of these conversations is always delicious!!
