- the benefits of an easy, gentle and energizing daily practice which includes breathwork, gentle yoga and meditation (suitable for beginners or those of any level)


- how to understand your unique mind-body type and your present life cycle, with principles to support and renew yourself during any transition


- inspiring principles for personal growth, healing, spiritual awakening and self-transformation

Meet Your Facilitator:

Briya Freeman

Briya Freeman has been facilitating courses in meditation, stress-resilience, self-healing and spirituality since 2011.

As a facilitator, Briya is known for offering spaces which support personal awakening, deep relaxation
and embodied experience. 

Briya draws from a background of +15 years in yoga, meditation, shamanism, energetics and mind-body healing, and is a long-term student of Berdhanya Swami Tierra,
a female mystic, shaman and spiritual teacher. ​
