elemental purification:
a tantric purification practice
based in the 5 elements

Elemental purification is a Tantric spiritual practice

which allows for a deep release of past impressions

at the level of the 5 elements.

 

This is a powerful yet subtle practice supports subtle changes

in your level of consciousness which become evident on

a physical, mental, emotional, psychic and spiritual level.

 

It is a practice which uses yantra, mantra, asana, breath

and meditation to allow you to hear beyond words,

 taste beyond desire, touch beyond form 

and see the truth of your reality.

This practice will be supported by purification practices

from the yoga and Ayurveda traditions.

 

To see results, it requires your steady commitment to daily practice

for 3 moon cycles  (90 days).

On the physical level, this practice supports

the healing and transformation of the physical body,

with beneficial effects to all of the organs of the body:  

the heart, liver, kidneys, pancreas, etc.

 

This also supports the healing, re-energizing and regeneration of all of the bodily tissues and cells, bringing  lustre to the kin, and supporting an experience of lightness and suppleness. 

 

It also allows for the cleansing and purification of the entire subtle energetic network of the body and mind, including the chakras and the subtle energetic channels (nadis), increasing your level of energy and rejuvenating all bodily processes. 

 

Mental benefits :

This process allows for old tensions, traumas and beliefs to be released on a mental and emotional level.

 

During many meditation practices, we may feel disturbed by the ‘goings on’ in the subconscious mind. What makes this practice unique is that it allows for the release of old impressions, including anything that has been suppressed or repressed. 

 

 This allows you to create a space of inner freedom from mental and emotional turmoil, which in turn allows for subtler spiritual awareness to begin to manifest. 

 

Spiritual benefits and the development of spiritual gifts

 

This practice develops heightened awareness of the subtle forces pervading the entire cosmos, allowing greater spontaneous wisdom to flow into the conscious mind.

 

All of the above observations are based on the personal experiences and experiments conducted by sincere spiritual seekers who have undergone this practice for extended periods of time.

 

Recent research in the West on meditation using mantra, yantra, mandala

and fasting also testify to the efficacy of these practices. 

 

The importance of regular practice 

 

Although the results of this practice are said to come without much difficulty, it is also necessary to mention here that the lasting effects of any practice depend entirely on the regularity with which it is done.

 

To this end, it is very important to maintain discipline in the form of regularity.

  • Ayurvedic and yogic self-care for purification and healing

  • Personalized feedback

  • It is recommended that you accompany this series with 1-3 private mentorship sessions with Briya to support your process.
