Meet Your Facilitator
Hi, my name is Briya.
I started my exploration into the world of Ayurveda, self-healing, spiritual energetics and herbalism almost 20 years ago.
The primary inspiration for my work comes from my long-term mentorship under the guidance of Berdhanya Swami Tierra, a female mystic and shaman of South American origin, to whom I am eternally grateful.
I love teaching courses in Ayurveda because I believe that it's the type of revolutionary wisdom that's so needed in our modern times -- so profound, intuitive and connected to inner truth.
